Why are some conversations shorter than 7 minutes?

If your 1:1 conversation is shorter than 7 minutes, it means you were in a Waiting Room conversation, not a regular 7-minute session. The Waiting Room is a chat space for users waiting for the next session. If you click “Join” in the middle of a 7-minute session, you’ll be placed in the Waiting Room to talk with other users who are also waiting. When the next session begins, you’ll be automatically connected to the full 7-minute conversation.
