Can I choose my matching partner?

No, you can’t pick a specific partner yourself. But after each session, you’ll fill out a short survey, and your answers help our AI match you with partners who are a better fit. You can also set your preferences in My Page → Match Settings, such as meeting users from the same country, choosing your partner’s English level, or deciding if you’d like to meet new users. No matter who you’re matched with, please approach every conversation with respect. The feedback your partner gives you also plays a role in your future matches. Episoden’s AI takes many factors into account to create the best possible matches, giving you the chance to connect 1:1 with people from different backgrounds, nationalities, and English levels.
