What is a Buddy?

If you have three sessions with the same person, you can send them a Buddy request. You can also become Buddies instantly by inviting a friend—once they sign up, you'll be connected. During special Prime Day sessions, where everyone gets Prime benefits for a day, it's even easier to find new Buddies.

Buddy benefits include:

• See when your Buddy is online and start a conversation right away (Talk Together).
• Send Buddy Taps to your Buddy.
• Extend your sessions together up to 6 times.
